Our diverse services include virtual game server hosting, including support for multiplayer servers, freelancer assistance, management, and general design services. Detailed descriptions of our services and applicable limitations can be found on our website and are incorporated into these terms.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and accept them without objection.

MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to amend, change, or delete any provisions of these terms. It is your responsibility to proactively review these terms before making any purchases or continuing to interact with us. Your continued use of our services, interaction, or further purchase after any amendments shall constitute acceptance.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, provided it does not involve protected class discrimination or violate applicable laws.

Furthermore, we may terminate, cancel, or refund any existing services at any time, for any reason. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of termination, cancellation, or refund.

ELIGIBILITY
By law, we cannot provide services to individuals under the age of thirteen. If you are between thirteen and seventeen years old, you may use our services only with the expressed consent of your legal guardian.

You may not use our services if:

You have been terminated, suspended, or blacklisted by our team members.
You reside in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
Your personal information is associated with fraud-related activities or our payment gateway has flagged you for high-risk behavior.
If you are an unregistered visitor, you must register as a user before using our services.

TERMINATION BY US
We reserve the right to terminate, cancel, or refund your purchase and use of our services at any time, for any reason, in accordance with applicable law.

We may terminate your usage in the event of:

Your involvement in unlawful or illicit activities while using our services.
Contradiction of the intended purpose of our services or excessive usage beyond reasonable limits.
Any other reason we deem reasonable.
No refund will be offered for reasons 4.A and 4.B above. For reason 4.C, we may offer a refund based on the duration of active services before termination.

TERMINATION BY YOU
You may terminate the use of our services at any time, for any reason, by properly terminating the services through our control panel or contacting our support team. No refund will be offered unless specified in Section 6 below.

REFUNDS
All purchases are final, and refunds will not be offered unless a refund request is made within seven days of the first purchase. Recurring purchases or subscriptions are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or believe our services are not up to standard, you may be eligible for a one-time refund for your first purchase if requested within seven days of the initial purchase. To qualify for a refund, there must be no files, uploads, or usage on the purchased plan/offer. The first-time purchase refund applies only to normal game hosting servers (shared or priority), excluding VPS or other services.

RECURRING PURCHASES
Most of our services operate on a monthly payment arrangement for continued use. Each purchase is valid for thirty days (as specified in the product description).

We will notify you via the control panel, email, or Discord about your service renewal payment. Upon receipt of the notice, you have forty-eight hours to make the payment; otherwise, your services may be suspended. If payment is not received within twenty-four hours after service suspension, we reserve the right to terminate your services and remove all resources associated with the plan.

We are not liable for the failure to make payment or the removal of resources on the hosted plan or given services.

AFFILIATES AND LOYALTY PROGRAM
Our loyalty program rewards you for your continuous use of our services, offering points that can be used to pay for services, receive benefits, or upgrade services.

Please note the following:

• Loyalty points have no real-life monetary value and are non-tradable.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold.
• We reserve the right to terminate the loyalty program at any time.
• Points may be subject to expiration.

ACCOUNTS
You are solely responsible for the actions of your registered account. By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration.
• Accept responsibility for the actions performed using your account.
• Notify us promptly in case of any account breach.
• Not share your account details with unauthorized persons.
• If you sell your resources, contact our support to transfer the account to the new owner.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You agree to:

• Report any breaches, security concerns, or security breaches promptly.
• Use the purchased products in compliance with these terms and the product descriptions.
• Refrain from exploiting any flaws in the product or software.
• Not engage in illegal, unlawful, or illicit activities using our products, services, or software.
• This includes activities such as “DDOS attacks.”

Not attempt to circumvent our systems to encourage others to break our terms or disrupt services for others or yourself.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify us from any claims, actions, or consequences arising from your use of our services. This includes claims for damages suffered by you or third parties due to your usage.

Our liability is limited, and we are not responsible for any actions committed by you. Furthermore, if we are sued or faced with a claim as a result of your use of our services, you agree to assist and cover any legal costs resulting from such actions.

By using our services, making a purchase, or continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and their consequences.

Any disputes or claims arising from the interpretation of this agreement will be resolved through professional arbitration. The arbitration process will follow the rules of commercial arbitration, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be binding and final. Unless otherwise agreed, all disputes will be decided in accordance with the laws of Romania, and the exclusive forum for legal proceedings will be the courts in Romania.

To register as an account holder, you must have parental consent or be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to contract. By accepting these terms as an account holder, you confirm that you meet the age or legal capacity requirements in your jurisdiction.

Interruption of services is subject to our service level agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring the backup of all your resources and content. We are not liable for any data loss.

For support queries, please contact us via email, Discord, or our ticket system available on the control panel.

We reserve the right to involve appropriate authorities if necessary, including law enforcement agencies, in case of policy violations or other illegal occurrences.

Your use of the service is at your own risk. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, conditions, and other terms, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

Any material downloaded or obtained through the service is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from such downloads.

We do not guarantee that our services will meet all your requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that the services we offer are sufficient and compliant with your specific requirements.

You agree to comply with all applicable game creators’ terms and conditions or EULAs for which a server is hosted.
